Eggcitement in the Hen House

I'm always excited to find the first eggs from
the new girls in the hen house.
I love the soft blue/green color .
A simple thing, but the daily collecting of the eggs
makes me happy.

    we get our chickens from a friend's mini-farm. sooo delish. they have substance - know what i mean? your eggs are beautiful!
