Home from a really fun weekend in San Francisco
where my friends and I ran a half marathon. The Giant Race.
BIG Giants fans here.
This picture is typical of what happens on
any of our runs. Talking and running and enjoying
each others company.
What is not typical was that along the
course yesterday pitcher Brian Wilson came out
to encourage and high five the runners.
No entourage, just the bearded man standing
along the route with his wishes for a good run.
sweet!
The funraising for this event went to
Project Open Hand
which provides groceries and food to
seriously ill and homebound people
living in the bay area.

lol...big Diamondback fan here! I hear you all call us the hissing snakes..I think we are a teeny tiny bit ahead of you...wish I had tickets to the game this weekend!
